Marketing Automation
The system that catches what your marketing produces, so follow-up stops depending on someone remembering.
Most businesses end up paying three or four companies to do one job — one for the CRM, one for the ads, one for the site, one for the store. Nexvion LLC does all of it, from one team in Virginia, on one invoice, with one person accountable for the result.
One company built your website. Another runs the ads. A third was supposed to configure the CRM and half-finished it. Every one of them does their piece competently — and nobody owns the outcome. So leads land somewhere nobody is watching, and when you ask why revenue is flat, each vendor can prove it wasn't them.
The system that catches what your marketing produces, so follow-up stops depending on someone remembering.
The demand that fills it — paid, outbound and funnels, measured on what a qualified lead costs.
The storefront that turns it into orders — built, stocked and supported under your brand.
You can buy one layer or all three — there is no bundling requirement and we will never pretend you need more than you do. What you cannot buy anywhere in that list is a second opinion about whose fault it is, because there is only ever one answer.
Automation gives you a system that holds. Acquisition fills it with people who want what you sell. eCommerce turns that demand into orders. Run them together and each one works harder.
Connect. The system layer. We wire up the CRM, the workflows and the email infrastructure so the follow-up happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
Optimize. The demand layer. Paid campaigns, cold outreach and funnels that get judged on one number: what a qualified lead actually costs you.
Grow. The revenue layer. Done-for-you stores — built, stocked and supported — so you are running a business rather than a permanent side project.
The same four phases on every engagement, whichever service you start with. Most clients are live inside three weeks.
We get into your accounts and find out what is actually happening — where leads come from, where they stall, and what it costs you today.
Systems, campaigns and stores get built against a written scope. You see staging links and previews before anything goes live.
We go live in a controlled way, with tracking verified first. The first few weeks are for gathering real data, not for panicking.
Monthly optimisation against the numbers we agreed. What works gets more budget. What doesn't gets cut without sentiment.
Every decision traces back to a number. We instrument first, then spend — so when something works we can repeat it, and when it doesn't we kill it fast. No guessing, no vanity metrics, no "brand awareness" as an excuse for spend that never converted.
You see the same dashboards we do. Always.
Work that stops the scroll — not another template.
We build for year three, not just the launch.

Most agencies sell you traffic and leave you to work out what happens to it. We build the system first, then fill it, then scale what it produces — because leads poured into a broken process are just a more expensive way to lose them. You can buy one layer or all three, but they're built to fit together.
We work best with owner-led companies doing $500K–$20M who are ready to spend on growth and want to see exactly where it goes.

No. Most clients start with one. If you already have leads but nothing happens to them, start with automation. If your process is solid but nothing is coming in, start with acquisition. If you are launching or fixing a store, start there. We will tell you on the first call which one we think you actually need — and it is frequently not the one people ask for.
Automation retainers start around $1,500 per month and acquisition around $2,000, depending on scope and channel mix. eCommerce buildouts are quoted one-time from roughly $3,500, with optional ongoing support. Every number is fixed in writing before we start — and ad spend is always separate from our fee and paid directly to the platform.
No. Build work is fixed-scope. Retainers run month to month after an initial 90-day period — which exists because campaigns and automation genuinely need that long to produce meaningful data, not to trap you. Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice.
Automation shows up immediately — the week a workflow goes live, follow-up that used to get forgotten starts happening. Paid campaigns produce leads within days, though the first 2–4 weeks are learning-phase data rather than optimised performance. Store buildouts run three to six weeks to launch, and then the real work of conversion optimisation starts.
Yes — all of it, from day one. CRM, ad accounts, domains, hosting, store, analytics, creative source files. Created in your name and yours to keep. If you ever leave, you take everything with you and nothing stops working.
We build on whatever you already pay for wherever that is sensible — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho, Klaviyo and similar on the CRM and email side; Shopify or WooCommerce for stores. If you have nothing yet, we will recommend based on your team size and budget rather than on who pays a partner commission. We are not tied to any vendor.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We ask what you sell, what a customer is worth, what you've already tried and what's getting in the way. If we're a fit, you get a written scope and price within two business days. If we're not, we'll tell you that and point you somewhere better.
One call, thirty minutes, no obligation. We'll tell you straight whether we can help — and what it would take.
